nophoneOffice Communication While seeing patients, the Doctor does not normally answer the phone unless he recognizes the number as belonging to a current patient. Perspective new patients kindly leave a message or send a text to 865-584-8444 (stating “like to discuss becoming a new patient”) and he will personally return your call ASAP.

Appointments We recognize new patients may be in pain; therefore, we make every effort to schedule pencalendartheir initial consultation as soon as possible and at the most convenient time and day available; however, we do require that your paperwork be completed prior to making an appointment. To begin the paperwork, go to Forms under the Resources tab and follow the directions.


Financial We understand healthcare is expensive; however, we consider ourselves very adapt at making it possible for almost everyone to receive the care they need. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment plan we recommend. Currently we accept the following methods of payment: cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover (there is a 2.75% fee for use of credit cards) and automated bank drafts (via Healthcare Financing arrangement).

Cancellation Notice Required If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that FinePrintyou kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient if needed or for the Doctor to attend to other responsibilities since he curtails other activities in order to be available to see patients. We understand emergencies occur; however, a fee will be charged on  a second missed appointment without a 24 hour notice in any 30 day period.
